Our commitment

U-Bear is an adult-only platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The safety of minors is a non-negotiable priority.

Age verification and enforcement

  • All users are required to confirm they are 18 or older during account registration.
  • Users must provide a date of birth. Accounts indicating an age below 18 are rejected and cannot be created.
  • U-Bear reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account suspected of belonging to a minor.

Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on U-Bear and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:

  • Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM)
  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies sexual activity involving persons under 18
  • Any attempt to solicit, groom, or exploit minors
  • Any content that facilitates or encourages contact with minors for sexual purposes

Reporting

U-Bear provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report any content or behavior they believe involves the exploitation or abuse of a minor. All reports are reviewed promptly.

Reports involving CSAE are escalated immediately to law enforcement and, where applicable, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional authorities in compliance with applicable law.

Moderation

  • U-Bear employs active moderation to detect and remove content that violates these standards.
  • Accounts found to be in violation are permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • U-Bear cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.

Compliance

U-Bear complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • The PROTECT Our Children Act
  • Applicable regional and national child protection laws in jurisdictions where U-Bear operates
