These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the U-Bear website, mobile application and website. By using U-Bear, you agree to these terms.
U-Bear is intended for adults only. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use U-Bear lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the service to harass others, impersonate anyone, distribute unlawful content, exploit minors, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
To use U-Bear, you must create an account and provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant U-Bear a limited right to host, process, display, and operate that content as needed to provide the service. You must have the right to upload any content you submit.
U-Bear offers optional paid subscriptions (PandaClub) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions in your device Settings > Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other moderation action if we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with the law, or preserve the integrity of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, U-Bear and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service, and the updated version will be posted on this page.
